⭑ What will my child be doing during this time?
Each session includes a story time or interactive activity followed by a craft that your child will bring home.
⭑ Can my child attend if they are under 4 years old?
Children under 4 can attend if they are accompanied by an adult. Their adult MUST be present for the entire session
⭑ My child has a disability, can I still register them?
Yes! We have experienced educators who can work with your child, please indicate this on the registration form
⭑ How can I (a parent) get involved?
We welcome participation from all parents, parents are welcome to attend sessions for a mommy and me experience, or volunteer.

Muhammad Ahmed Saem
Muhammad Ahmed Salem is originally from Egypt and was born and raised in the United States. He completed the memorization of the Qur’an at age 12 and later received Ijaazah in the recitation of ‘Asim (Shu‘bah and Hafs) from Qari Okasha Kameny. He has been leading Taraweeh since 2005 across different states and occasionally overseas. He is a computer engineer with over 10 years of experience in the electrical industry. By Allah’s favor, his parents, siblings, and wife have also memorized the Qur’an. He kindly asks for your du‘a that Allah grants him steadfastness, sincerity in intention, and blesses his children to memorize the Qur’an and, more importantly, to live by it in this life and the next.
Shayk waleed elbatrawish
Shaykh Waleed Elbatrawish is an Imam at Darul Islah in New Jersey and serves as the Director of Hifz Academy at Darul Islah. He graduated from Al-Azhar Alshareef in Egypt and holds several Ijazahs in the seven Qira’at. He’s well-known as one of the leading Quran judges in the USA and has shared his beautiful recitation internationally on radio and TV. Shaykh Waleed has spoken at the United Nations and regularly visits different masjids across the country as a guest speaker. He also serves the community as a Muslim chaplain in hospitals and prisons, offering spiritual care and support.
Abdulkareem zeeshan ibraheem
An alumnus of Marwah Academy’s Tahfeez Program, Abdulkareem Zeeshan Ibraheem is currently pursuing the ʿAlimiyyah Program, driven by a deep passion for sacred knowledge. His studies span Arabic linguistics, Fiqh, and the eventual advanced study of the Ṣaḥīḥ al-Sittah and Qur’anic Tafsīr. A dedicated student of the Qur’anic sciences, he holds an Ijāzah in the Qirāʾah of Imām ʿĀṣim al-Kūfī and is presently completing an Ijāzah in al-Qirāʾāt al-Sabʿ.
We are happy to provide the community with many resources this Ramadan, including a few from previous Ramadans. We have attached the evening athkars to follow along at home or in the masjid. A Ramadan Schedule that shows events for the whole family, including programs for children, teens and young adults. A duah booklet to help guide you in your conversations with Allah.
