What is Day of Dignity?

Day of Dignity aims to serve the community through an all-encompassing day of service, in which volunteers, community leaders, and students organize the distribution of winter clothing, school supplies, warm food, groceries, medical services, and more...all for free!

What do volunteers do?

Day of Dignity is entirely run by volunteers so volunteers do… everything! On the day of, volunteers will be assigned to various tasks such as checking in and registering beneficiaries, ushering beneficiaries to receive goods, distributing goods, and helping everything run smoothly.

Volunteers can also join us for our prep days (October 21st and 27th) to help us prepare and package our groceries, winter bundles, and hygiene kits.

Who can volunteer?

Anyone over the age of 15 is welcome to volunteer! Volunteers with a medical background or Spanish-speaking proficiency are especially welcome!
